By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

The Water Warden LLC provides residential water storage tank cleaning, inspections, and related water system services.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Additional work or unforeseen conditions may result in changes to the final price, which will be discussed with the customer before work continues.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Scheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, emergencies, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and ensuring the water storage tank and surrounding area are accessible.

Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages regarding estimates, appointments, scheduling, and services.
